Later Skoruppa introduced skew-holomorphic Jacobi forms, which play an important role in understanding liftings of modular forms and Jacobi forms. In this paper, we explain a relation between holomorphic Jacobi forms and skew-holomorphic Jacobi forms in terms of a group cohomology.
