A persistent, thin (less than micron-sr solid angle) precessing and spinning gamma jet, with a power output comparable to the progenitor supernova (SN) or XRay pulsar, may explain these issues. The precessing jets may have a few hours characteristic decay time, while their decreasing intensity follow a power law for thousands of years.
