In this work, we propose Conditional Temporal Attention Network (CoTAN), a fast end-to-end framework for diffeomorphic neonatal cortical surface reconstruction. CoTAN predicts multi-resolution stationary velocity fields (SVF) from neonatal brain magnetic resonance images (MRI).
