In particular, we analyse under which conditions $\\BR(B \\rightarrow \\tau \\nu)$ can be substantially enhanced over its SM value, taking into account the constraints of $K \\rightarrow \\mu\\nu$, $B \\rightarrow X_s \\gamma$, and $B_s \\rightarrow \\mu^+ \\mu^-$.
