We introduce FAB-Bench, an end-to-end framework for adaptive benchmarking of RAG systems in semiconductor manufacturing. FAB-Bench defines six diagnostic metrics measuring factual accuracy, contextual utilization, completeness, retrieval relevance, technical depth, and reasoning consistency.
