Suppose $(S, \\mathfrak{n}, \\mathcal{k})$ is a strictly Henselian regular local ring of mixed characteristic $(0, p > 5)$. We classify functions $f$ for which $S/(f)$ has an isolated rational singularity at the maximal ideal $\\mathfrak{n}$.
