Agrawal","submitted_at":"2024-04-03T14:53:28Z","abstract_excerpt":"We present the spectral and timing study of the bright NS-LMXB GX 5-1 using \\textit{\\textit{AstroSat}/LAXPC} and \\textit{SXT} observations conducted in the year 2018. During the observation, the source traces out the complete HB and NB of the Z-track in the HID. Understanding the spectral and temporal evolution of the source along the 'Z' track can probe the accretion process in the vicinity of a neutron star.
