Key upgrades include GRAVITY+ Coud\\'e guiding with laser guide stars at the UTs, improved limiting magnitudes for GRAVITY and MATISSE, and a new MATISSE narrow-field off-axis mode, all supported by a streamlined, uniform template structure.
