To meet these demands, the X-ray Astronomy and Observational Cosmology (XOC) Group at Stanford, in partnership with the MIT Kavli Institute and MIT Lincoln Laboratory (MIT-LL), is developing multi-channel X-ray charge-coupled devices (CCDs) and fast readout architectures.
