In this paper, we investigate the temperature ($\\textit{T}$) dependence of conversion between charge current and spin current for the CSS thin film by measuring the spin-torque ferromagnetic resonance (ST-FMR) for the trilayer consisting of CSS / Cu / CoFeB.
