Based on this conjuncture we find the maximum value of success probability of tri-partite Hardy's correlation respecting all bi-partite physical principles. Unlike in quantum mechanics, the no-signaling principle does not reveal any gap in Hardy's maximum success probability for bi-partite and tri-partite system.
