We show that both the lattice of t-structures on $\\mathcal{C}(\\mathcal{Z})$ obtained in this way and the lattice of thick subcategories of $\\mathcal{C}(\\mathcal{Z})$ are intimately related to the lattice of non-crossing partitions of type $A$.
