Results are obtained with the Caprini-Lellouch-Neubert (CLN) and Boyd-Grinstein-Lebed (BGL) form factor parametrizations, with and without the inclusion of preliminary Lattice QCD measurements of form factors at non-zero hadronic recoil from the JLQCD collaboration.
