By the same mechanism, a scalar D_0(2100-2300) resonance is predicted slightly above the D\\pi threshold. These scalars are the charmed cousins of the light scalar nonet f_0(600), f_0(980), K^*_0(800), and a_0(980), reproduced by the same model.
