Since physical observables must be flavor basis independent, we construct a basis of determinant-like flavor invariants that arise from instanton calculations containing the effects of dimension-six CP-odd operators at the scale $\\require{cancel}\\Lambda_{\\cancel{\\rm CP}}$.
