Long baseline experiments suffer from degeneracies and correlations between $\\Theta_{23}$, $\\delta_{\\rm CP}$ and the mass hierarchy (MH). However the combination of a superconductive cyclotron and a big liquid scintillator detector like JUNO in a medium baseline experiment, which does not depend on the MH, may allow us to determine whether the position of the mixing angle $\\Theta_{23}$ is in the lower octant (LO) or upper octant (UO).
