In light of a recent tension between branching fractions for $B_{(s)}\\to D_{(s)}^{(*)}M$ ($M$ represents a meson) decays in the QCD factorization approach and relevant experimental results, phenomenological constraints on complex-valued Wilson coeffients are discussed.
