This data release aims to provide the astronomical community with a catalog of radial velocities obtained with spectroscopic observations acquired from 2003 to 2023 with the High Accuracy Radial Velocity Planet Searcher (HARPS) spectrograph installed at the ESO 3.6m telescope in La Silla Observatory (Chile), and spanning wavelengths from 3800 to 6900 Angstrom.
