The calculations have been conducted in the framework of the three-band Eliashberg equations.\n  The order parameters ($\\Delta^{\\alpha}$) and the wave function renormalization factors ($Z^{\\alpha}$) have been derived; the symbol $\\alpha$ denotes the band index: $\\alpha\\in{a,b,c}$.
