A new non-standard minimal chiral fermion extension of the Standard Model (SM) which renders the complete model free from anomalies is included. The new fermionic matter coupled with scalar leptoquaks (SLQ) developing new signals for exotic fermions that could be evaluated in the Large Hadron Collider (LHC).
