It is shown that that a general class of integral inequalities tighten on rearrangement to \"isoperimetric\" sets with respect to a relevant measure. Applications to the Borell-Brascamp-Lieb, Borell-Ehrhart, and the recent polar Prekopa-Leindler inequalities are demonstrated.
