Firstly, we give a representation for polynomial matrices positive definite on subsets of compact polyhedra. Then we establish a Putinar-Vasilescu Positivstellensatz for homogeneous and non-homogeneous polynomial matrices. Next we propose a matrix version of the P\\'olya-Putinar-Vasilescu Positivstellensatz.
