It also provides pedagogical introductions to sphaleron- and instanton-induced baryon-number violation, the vacuum structure of non-Abelian gauge theories, and other topological field configurations, and suggests \"an zi\" as a possible Chinese term for \"sphaleron\" (see p. 3).
