A semi-classical approach, based on the Wigner distribution and Langevin dynamics, is applied to a color screened $c{\\bar c}$ pair, in a hydrodynamically cooling fireball, to evaluate the total $J/\\psi$ suppression at both RHIC and LHC energies.
