These predictions depend critically on the matrix of neutrino Yukawa couplings \\bf{Y_{\\nu}} which can be expressed in terms of the light and heavy right-handed (RH) neutrino masses, neutrino mixing matrix U_{PMNS}, and an orthogonal matrix \\bf{R}.
