Herein, we present a novel evaporation-driven power generator based on a dynamic diode architecture that continuously harvests direct current (DC) electricity by leveraging the flipping of the strong built-in electric field (up to 10E10 V/cm) generated by polar molecules such as water to drive directional carrier migration.
