We present a systematic structural and microstructure characterization by atomic force microscopy, secondary ion mass spectrometry, transmission electron microscopy, powder-like and high resolution X-ray diffraction, which do not reveal any crystallographic phase separation, clusters or nanocrystals, even at the lowest Tg.
