We adopt a machine-learning approach based on Genetic Algorithms (GA) to reconstruct analytical perturbations around the Hu-Sawicki class of models. We develop a pipeline that interfaces the \\texttt{GATO} GA code with the \\texttt{CANDI} cosmology code.
