Photometric V,R$_C$,I$_C$ light curves were obtained at the Loiano and Asiago telescopes. The radial velocity data was acquired by means of the SARG@TNG spectrograph. High-resolution spectroscopy allowed us to derive precise stellar parameters and the chemical composition of the star, obtaining: T$_{\\rm eff}$\\,=\\,6750\\,$\\pm$\\,150 K; $\\log g$\\,=\\,4.1\\,$\\pm$\\,0.4 dex; [Fe/H]=-0.07$\\pm$0.12 dex.
