This pattern is characterized by maximal solar and atmospheric angles and by a large reactor angle satisfying sin(theta_13)=1/3. The correct lepton mixing matrix is obtained when combining the charged lepton mixing matrix with the neutrino one. In this way we get new predictions for theta_13 with respect to those obtained by the well studied TBM or BM mixing patterns.
