For arbitrarily large smooth initial data with density bounded away from vacuum, we prove the global-in-time existence of smooth solutions. The argument is based on a large-damping bootstrap scheme, a modified density estimate revealing hidden parabolic dissipation, top-order weighted cancellations, and a comparison with an auxiliary drift-diffusion--Poisson system.
