On each monolayer the spins interact via nearest-neighbor (NN) and frustrating next-nearest-neighbor isotropic antiferromagnetic Heisenberg interactions with respective strength parameters $J_{1}>0$ and $J_{2}\\equiv\\kappa J_{1}>0$.
