We observed strong nonlinear saturation behavior of exciton PL with increasing excitation power density, and long-distance exciton diffusion reaching several micrometers. We demonstrated that the diffusion-assisted exciton-exciton annihilation model accounts for the observed nonlinear PL behavior.
