We propose CtrlSpeech, a controllable, expressive TTS framework with coarse-to-fine control. Built on the DiTAR architecture, CtrlSpeech combines global speaker conditioning with phone-aligned pitch, loudness, and duration signals, enabling localized prosodic control while preserving the target speaker's timbre.
