abstract
A new edition of Walter K. Hayman's 'Research Problems in Function Theory' (1967), containing over five hundred function theory and complex analysis problems, along with all progress updates over the last 51 years. The final publication will also include chapter prefaces by nine contributing authors. We are keen to make this work as useful to colleagues as possible, by making sure that it is as comprehensive and as accurate as can be. Therefore, the complex analysis community is please asked for help in: (i) identifying errors and omissions in this work; (ii) provided new problems in each of the nine chapters; (iii) telling other interested mathematicians about this work. Please send all errors/omissions/new problems to Eleanor Lingham (e.lingham@shu.ac.uk) by January 6th 2019 (Walter K. Hayman's 93rd birthday)
