SpNCCI computes nuclear Hamiltonian matrix elements directly in Sp(3,R) many-body irreps via recurrence relations after decomposing operators into U(3) tensor components.
Our goal now is to expand the operator of interest in terms of SU(3)×SU S(2) unit tensors defined with respect to the relative harmonic oscillator basis with states| N LΣSJ MJ ⟩
