At 95% confidence level, a lower bound on the reheating temperature $T_{\\rm RH}>4.1$ MeV is obtained from Big Bang Nucleosynthesis, while $T_{\\rm RH}>4.3$ MeV from Planck data for very light ($\\sum m_i = 0.06$ eV) neutrinos. If neutrino masses are allowed to vary, Planck data yield $T_{\\rm RH}>4.7$ MeV, the most stringent bound on the reheating temperature to date. Neutrino masses as large as 1 eV are possible for very low reheating temperatures.","external_url":"https://arxiv.org/abs/1511.00672","cited_by_count":null,"metadata_source":"pith","metadata_fetched_at":"2026-05-17T23:30:29.758284+00:00","pith_arxiv_id":"1511.00672","created_at":"2026-05-10T08:53:05.157050+00:00","updated_at":"2026-06-05T21:23:00.469572+00:00","title_quality_ok":true,"display_title":"Bounds on very low reheating scenarios after Planck","render_title":"Bounds on very low reheating scenarios after Planck"},"hub":{"state":{"work_id":"6ad05515-cd83-4a51-a894-4875ac3271a8","tier":"hub","tier_reason":"10+ Pith inbound or 1,000+ external citations","pith_inbound_count":15,"external_cited_by_count":null,"distinct_field_count":3,"first_pith_cited_at":"2018-07-17T04:05:07+00:00","last_pith_cited_at":"2026-05-14T17:59:55+00:00","author_build_status":"not_needed","summary_status":"needed","contexts_status":"needed","graph_status":"needed","ask_index_status":"not_needed","reader_status":"not_needed","recognition_status":"not_needed","updated_at":"2026-06-11T21:49:05.922695+00:00","tier_text":"hub"},"tier":"hub","role_counts":[{"context_role":"background","n":11}],"polarity_counts":[{"context_polarity":"background","n":10},{"context_polarity":"support","n":1}],"runs":{},"summary":{},"graph":{},"authors":[]}}
