After summarizing strong gravitational lensing fundamentals, I present a selection of recent important results.  I conclude by discussing the exciting prospects of strong gravitational lensing in the next decade.","external_url":"https://arxiv.org/abs/1003.5567","cited_by_count":null,"metadata_source":"pith","metadata_fetched_at":"2026-06-30T14:44:45.660477+00:00","pith_arxiv_id":"1003.5567","created_at":"2026-05-10T14:15:29.771739+00:00","updated_at":"2026-06-30T14:44:45.660477+00:00","title_quality_ok":false,"display_title":"Strong Lensing by Galaxies","render_title":"Strong Lensing by Galaxies"},"hub":{"state":{"tier_text":"hub","tier":"hub","tier_reason":"10+ Pith inbound or 1,000+ external citations","pith_inbound_count":10,"external_cited_by_count":null},"tier":"hub","role_counts":[{"context_role":"background","n":2}],"polarity_counts":[{"context_polarity":"background","n":2}],"runs":{},"summary":{},"graph":{},"authors":[]}}
