HEALPix is a Hierarchical, Equal Area, and iso-Latitude Pixelisation of the sphere designed to support efficiently - local operations on the pixel set, - a hierarchical tree structure for multi-resolution applications, and - the global Fast Spherical Harmonic transform. The HEALPix concept and the mathematical software based on it introduced in this primer meet the challenges which future high resolution and large volume CMB data sets including the MAP and Planck mission products will present.

Lya2pcf: an efficient pipeline to estimate two- and three-point correlation functions of the Lyman-$\alpha$ forest
Lya2pcf is an efficient pipeline implementing standard algorithms for 2PCF and 3PCF of the Lyman-alpha forest, with GPU speedups over PICCA and the first large-sample anisotropic 3PCF measurement up to 80 Mpc/h.

Equivariant spatio-hemispherical networks for diffusion MRI deconvolution
Exploiting the antipodal symmetry of diffusion MRI signals, the authors build an E(3)xSO(3)-equivariant deconvolution network on hemispheres, cutting computation 2 to 5 times while matching or improving fiber orientat...

Constraints on Primordial Black Holes from Galactic Diffuse Synchrotron Emissions
Galactic synchrotron emissions above 20 MHz can set tighter upper limits on the abundance of primordial black holes with masses above 10^16 grams than previous cosmic-ray electron data.
