Gravitational lensing by traversable Lorentzian wormholes is a ew possibility which is analyzed here in the strong field limit. Wormhole solutions are considered in the Einstein minimally coupled theory and in the brane world model. The observables in both the theories show significant differences from those arising in the Schwarzschild black hole lensing. As a corollary, it follows that wormholes with zero Keplerian mass exhibit lensing properties which are qualitatively (though not quantitatively) the same as those of a Schwarzschild black hole. Some special features of the considered solutions are pointed out.

EFT Corrections to Photon Propagation and Gravitational Lensing in an Ellis-Bronnikov Wormhole
In an Ellis-Bronnikov wormhole, EFT corrections to photon propagation modify the strong-deflection lensing coefficients in a polarization-dependent way, with a Ricci-curvature coupling contributing that vanishes for S...

The glow of eternal black holes
An eternal Schwarzschild black hole with an emitting surface at r=r_m would show a bright spot inside its shadow, whose interferometric visibility decays exponentially with baseline length.

Gravitational Lensing in a Kasner Background: Distinguishing Wormholes and Black Holes
In a Kasner (anisotropic) universe, wormhole and black-hole lenses produce different directional splits of the Einstein-like scale, while the full critical curves remain nearly circular.

Ellis-Bronnikov Wormhole Shadows with Spherically Symmetric Accretion Flow
GRRT simulations of spherically symmetric accretion show the Ellis-Bronnikov wormhole yields brighter shadow and photon ring than Schwarzschild, both consistent with EHT M87* data.

Aspects of Geometrodynamics in the Jordan and Einstein Frames
The Jordan and Einstein frames are connected by a Hamiltonian canonical transformation only after gauge-fixing lapse and shift, and this maps the FJNW naked singularity to the BBMB black hole.
