Depending on the constriction transparency the tunneling and SnS-Andreev spectroscopies could be used, for the direct determination of values of superconducting gaps, characteristic BCS-ratios and gap temperature dependences in cuprate superconductors, magnesium diboride, novel pnictides and chalcogenides.
