We provide a sharp estimate for the precision of shadowing for a typical pseudotrajectory of finite length. This result indicates that the high-dimensional analog of Hammel-Yorke-Grebogi's conjecture concerning the interval of shadowability for a typical pseudotrajectory is not correct.
