We answer this question by proving an equivalent and easy-to-check combinatorial criterion for the facets of $\\mathcal{P}$. Our proof relates triangulations of $\\mathcal{P}$ to triangulations of its \"shadow\", a projection to a lower-dimensional space determined by $U$.
