This proof works fine in $\\mathrm{RCA}_0^{\\displaystyle{*}}$ for every fixed standard dimension. We also show how to modify the arguments to work within $\\mathrm{RCA}_0^{\\displaystyle{*}}$ for unrestricted dimensions.
