In this paper, we propose a new method to deconstruct a polarization map on an incomplete sky in real space into purely electric and magnetic polarization type maps, ${\\mathcal{E}}(\\hat{\\gamma})$ and ${\\mathcal{B}}(\\hat{\\gamma})$, respectively.
