We find that the non-universal gauge boson $Z^{'}$ is most sensitive to the process $e^{+}e^{-}\\to \\tau\\bar{\\tau}$. Discovery limits of the $Z^{'}$ mass $M_{Z^{'}}$ can be enhanced by the suitably polarized beams.
