Here, we propose an \"acoustic tweezer\" that deterministically traps and routes individual skyrmions using spatially extended acoustic beams. We reveal that spatially confined longitudinal waves carry nontrivial phonon spin, inducing a magnetoelastic field whose chirality is locked to the acoustic spin texture.
