This paper gives an exact analytic single-particle solution for an $N$-site tight-binding chain with two conjugated imaginary potentials $\\pm i\\gamma $ at two end sites, which Hamiltonian has parity-time symmetry ($\\mathcal{PT}$ symmetry).
