Despite pervious rumor models that both the spreader-spreader ($SS$) and the spreader-stifler ($SR$) interactions have the same rate $\\alpha$, we define $\\alpha^{(1)}$ and $\\alpha^{(2)}$ for $SS$ and $SR$ interactions, respectively.
