Taking body centered cubic (bcc) W for a demonstration, the strong nonlinear increase for temperature dependence of heat capacities at high temperatures and a nonlinear Arrhenius plots of vacancy concentration in bcc W can be nicely reproduced by the obtained Gibbs energy.
